Lets clarify how Avandrya and the Throuveil work. First off, Avandrya is technically two clubs. One is the Mundane or Mortal club. This is the only portion that is visible to humans. The other is the Throuveil. The Throuveil is the section that only the Demon Underground has access to. Keep in mind that the Demon Underground can also be in the Mundane portion of the club.
These are the rules for the Throuveil...
While there can be attacks, they must not be physical. There should be no plainly visible actions that follow these attacks to alert any humans in the area of impending violence.
While there are no physical attacks, the Protectors may use physical strength, up to and including punches, to subdue and remove any 'issues' that should arise in the club.
There is absolutely no killing or spilling of blood in Avandrya. As these actions can cause frenzies with some of the Demon Underground. Also, if blood is spilled in the Throuveil, there is the potential to weaken the Throuveil spell.
There are to be no weapons or drugs in Avandrya. This goes for humans as well as the supernatural. If drugs or weapons are found on a human, the human is escorted off of the premises and banned from the club. If drugs or weapons are found on a supernatural they are reinformed of the rules, removed from the premises and a temporary ban is placed upon them. If drugs or weapons make it into the club, the Demon at the door is removed of his post and punished accordingly.
Now, if any of these rules are broken there will be punishments dealt out by the Protectors. The severity of the offense dictates the level of punishment.
Please Note:
If a Protector is one of the offenders, the infraction is dealt with by the other Protectors and/or the Curator for Avandrya.
If the Curator is one of the offenders, the infraction is dealt with by The Council and if needed, a new Curator will be named via vote by the majority of The Council. Until they have named their choice, one or more of The Council members will make their home at the Avandrya they will be judging. This, usually, is not a good thing for any of the Demon Underground present.
When there is a murder in Avandrya or the Throuveil and the culprit is of the Demon Underground the result is a Blood Hunt. The person responsible is hunted down and disposed of. The Protectors of Avandrya usually deal with this, though other demons may join if they wish. The Blood Hunt is to be taken care of outside of Avandrya. This is very rare and will cause the perpetrators death.
Demons also need to be wary when in the Mundane portion of Avandrya. Because of the secretive nature of the Demon Underground, no one is to mention things that would or could out them to the human world. Doing so is cause for punishment and banning.
Just as above, there is no blood to be spilled or fighting allowed by the Demon Underground. Suffice it to say that no matter where a member of the Demon Underground is when they are at Avandrya, it is necessary for them to be on their best behavior.
